For their department in Oostkamp, they are looking for a motivated CNC/CAM Programmer.
You will be responsible for creating and optimizing CAM machine programs (ISO). You will manage CAM machine programs, machine files, and CNC instructions within a Product Data Management system. Additionally, you will provide all the necessary information for the preparation of technical documents and work instructions.
You will also be responsible for training operators in the correct use of programs. Keeping up with new developments in CAM software is another one of your tasks. You will contribute to further developing the culture of continuous improvement.

This is you
You hold a technical bachelor's degree (mechanical engineering, electromechanics) or equivalent through experience. You have several years of experience as a CAM programmer and are open to learning and operating various CNC machines. Additionally, you have experience reading and interpreting production plans or templates.
You have some knowledge of software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience in turning, milling, and/or grinding.
Advantages:
Knowledge of program codes Fanuc (ISO), Siemens, and/or Mazatrol
Knowledge of machine/offline programming and simulation (Mazatrol, Vericut, Creo Manufacturing)
Knowledge of machine probing (e.g., Renishaw machine probing)
Experience with automation (Fanuc, ABB, etc.)
Furthermore, you are results- and solutions-oriented and are driven to solve problems together with the team. You have good communication skills and a good command of English.
