1. Job Application & initial contact
You apply for one of our vacancies. Our team reviews your CV and experience. If there’s a match, we schedule a call or video chat to meet you. Where we discuss motivation, language skills, and availability.
2. Detailed screening & profile creation
We build a thorough candidate profile that highlights your skills and experience. We make sure you understand the job requirements, work environment, salary, and any additional benefits or costs. We brief you on what to expect, so you’re well-prepared for the client’s interview process.
3. Client interview & selection
We arrange an interview (online or in-person) with the client. We stay involved to ensure you and the client have the right information. If there is a match, we proceed. If not we discuss alternative opportunities.
4. Pre-arrival planning
Our team looks together wit you for transport options to travel to Belgium. We reserve housing and arrange transport (car or bike). We get all administration ready. We make sure your basic needs are covered (e.g., bedding, initial groceries). Our team guides you on local essentials (where to shop, how to get around, ...).
5. Arrival in Belgium
Ou team will meet you at the airport, or we arrange a taxi service if necessary.

Initial briefing: Our coordination team will guide you through local essentials (where to shop, how to get around, etc.).
6. Registration & medical examination
City hall registration: We accompany or guide you to register at the local municipality (for a residence permit, address registration, etc.).
Medical examination: We schedule and coordinate any required medical checks before you start work.
Bank account setup: We help you open a bank account to ensure timely salary payments.
7. Office onboarding
At our office, you'll sign the necessary employment documents and receive an explanation of payroll, insurance, and other formalities. We cover topics like timesheets, health insurance forms, and how to handle any future updates or changes (e.g., driver’s license conversions).
8. Workplace introduction
We coordinate with the client to arrange your first day and ensure a proper welcome at the company. Our recruiters and coordinators follow up on a regular basis to address any questions or concerns.
9. Integration & ongoing support
Housing & transport follow-up: We remain available to assist with any housing or commuting issues.
Cultural & practical guidance: We provide advice on local life, from setting up utilities to navigating Belgian systems.
Contract extensions or permanent hiring: When the trial period is successful, we assist you with the next steps—whether that’s renewing permits, arranging a permanent contract, or helping you find private housing.
