Our client is a major producer of milk products where the products are made in respect for the earth, plants and animals, ... also for your health.
They have several successful production sites, the head office is located in Gent.
For reinforcement, our client is looking for a 2-shift operator.
In 1st phase you will receive training at your size and pace.
After successful training and evaluation, these will be your duties.
- Set up machine according to order
- Feed the machine (fruit, lids, foli, jars,...) and make sure it is running
- You will be in charge of two machines
- Setting the shelf life correctly
- Quality control
You are also responsible for maintaining the machine.
The inside of the machine is automatically washed by a progamma.
The outside and ground have to be cleaned per shift.
This takes 45 minutes daily.
You will work 2 shifts but must stay until your production is completed and the machine is cleaned.
So flexibility is important here.
If you don't have work on the machine, you should be open to helping out with your packing colleagues.
It is not physically demanding work, you also do not work in a cold environment it is room temperature.

Notre offre pour vous
- 17.23 EURO per hour
- You will work in two shifts:
6:00 - 14:00 - morning shift - 0,55 EUR per hour extra
&
14:00 - 22:00 - afternoon shift - 0,80 EUR per hour extra
- Per day you work you will receive EUR 8 meal vouchers
- The clothes you get at work (shoes, work pants, glasses, gloves)
- You work in a room temperature environment- definitely not a cold environment.

- Overtime is paid as follows
up to 10 hours no overtime
from 10 to 11 a.m. overtime 150%
After 11 hours per day 200%
after 12 hours a day 300
On all overtime hours for that day.

- You have a stable resume
- You speak FRENCH or Dutch well
- You are willing to work in food
- You may not wear jewelry or bracelets while working (only wedding ring is exception)
- If you wear a beard, you must wear a beard net and I a hair net
- Experience as an operator in past years, in serving in food even better!
- Hygiene and quality is important to you!
- You can handle stress and are looking for a long-term job
