For our client in the Veurne region, we are looking for a TEAM LEADER WELDER.
This company is responsible for large, high-quality projects in West and East Flanders.
Your responsibilities as a TEAM LEADER WELDER (Veurne region):
- Leading and supervising a team of welders and installers on site
- Organizing and planning daily activities
- Monitoring work progress and coordinating with the project manager
- Pipe fitting and welding of piping systems for heating and cooling installations
- Assembling installations based on schematic diagrams and technical plans
- Installing brackets and support structures for piping systems
- Building high-capacity boiler rooms
- Identifying and connecting key HVAC components such as boilers and heat generators
- Detecting potential additional work during project execution

This is you
What our client in the Veurne region is looking for in a new colleague as a TEAM LEADER WELDER:
- You have strong technical knowledge of HVAC installations;
- You have experience with pipe fitting and welding of heating and cooling systems;
- You can build installations based on schematic diagrams and technical plans;
- You have a mechanical background and strong technical insight;
- You have experience leading a team or are ready for the next step;
- You hold a valid category B driving licence;
- You preferably have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role or sector;
- You speak English and/or Dutch.
