About Our Client
Our client is an established SME with over 40 years of experience in machining, mechanical repairs, and welding. The company employs 23 people and operates from a modern workshop of 4,500 m².
They provide a complete service – from design and engineering to production and maintenance – and are active in sectors including the food and packaging industry, machinery manufacturing, carpet industry, printing, agriculture, recycling, and automotive.

Turning and milling
- Surface and cylindrical grinding
- Construction work
- Thermal spraying and hard-facing
- Precision mechanics
- Maintenance and repairs (including on-site)
Job Description
We are looking for experienced CNC operators for our client to work on both milling and turning machines.
CNC Miller (3- or 5-axis machine)
- Operate a CNC milling machine and independently produce parts based on technical drawings and instructions from the workshop supervisor.
- Responsible for programming, setup, production, and quality control of the parts.
- The machines use a Heidenhain control system.
CNC Turner (Doosan SMX Multitask Machine)
- Operate a CNC multitask turning machine and produce parts based on technical drawings and guidance.
- Responsible for programming, setup, production, and quality control of the parts.
- Experience with Siemens 840D control system is an advantage.

This is you
- Proven experience with CNC milling and/or turning machines, including 3- and 5-axis mills and multitask turning machines.
- Familiarity with the programming and operation of Heidenhain (for milling) and Siemens 840D (for turning) control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Technically curious, precise, and motivated to deliver high-quality work.
